We have tried to keep the fee structure simple.Whether transferring from an existing accountant
or if you looked after your own paperwork, there will be a fee based on the months into the company's financial year.
This will allow SumIT to transfer your data and paperwork into the SumIT format.
Fees are dependent on the months into the financial year, typically £ 75 for each month
What do I need to do ?
To start with FreeTime
Review and sign our management contract
Complete the supplementary questionnaire
Open a bank account(s) with the Royal Bank of Scotland (SumIT will provide the forms)
Appoint SumIT as Company Secretary (SumIT will provide the forms)
Gather together all your paperwork:
Invoices and backing documents
Expenses - receipts claimed from client or from your company
Company Bank information - Chequebook, cheque stubs and bank statements
VAT - VAT Registration certificate and VAT returns for the last 24 months
PAYE - Deductions working schedules, Annual returns and copies of correspondence with the Inland Revenue
Company Registers - this should be up to date giving details of current directors and company secretary
Company Annual Return
Ongoing:
Send SumIT copy of each contract/Purchase Order
Inform SumIT when invoice needs to be raised
Submit expenses to SumIT on a weekly/monthly basis
