Bootstrap is a service for those who wish to trade via a Limited Company and want help with the initial set up of the company administration but thereafter look after all aspects of the business by themselves. This service is offered as an extension of SumIT’s Company formation service

• Bank accounts: You are free to operate your business bank account with an institution of your choice. However, we have an agreement with the Royal Bank of Scotland who will help our clients where possible.
• Payroll: In order to pay yourself a salary your company will become an employer which brings with it additional administration. SumIT will assist you with the initial registration of your company as an employer with the Inland Revenue
• VAT: SumIT will assist you with initial VAT registration. We will complete the application forms based on information you provide which you then need to approve and are then responsible for submitting to the appropriate authorities
