Section::FreeTime Service

FreeTime is a service for those people who want to enjoy the benefits of trading through a Limited Company, but who may not have accountancy experience or do not wish to be burdened by the administration involved. FreeTime aims to allow you to concentrate on working whilst effectively outsourcing the day to day aspects of running your company. The FreeTime service comes in two forms:

FreeTime Rescue
This is for people who already have their own company and are struggling with the paper work and need it sorted out.

FreeTime FirstTime
This is for people just starting out on their own.

• We manage your dividend, payroll and VAT administration
• We prepare your company year end accounts
• We perform your Company Secretarial tasks

• Monthly management reporting to you
• Annual reporting and your records supplied to you on CD-ROM
• A guarantee that your Company has not previously traded (we don’t recycle companies)

SumIT fees
£125.00 Start up and Company Formation
£125.00 per month,  Micro companies, typically 1 employee.  Based on single monthly PAYE run
£175.00 per month, Two person companies. Based on single monthly PAYE run
We will quote based on amount of work for other arrangements
Fees are exclusive of VAT
